Last week’s State of the Game announced the release date for Last Stand. This week we are talking about what’s happened since the launch and provide an update on a few issues!
We have released a free trial version of the game. If you have friends that want to give the game a shot, now is the perfect time. You can find out more information here and in this FAQ.
Check out the stream VOD below for to get all the information or for those of you on the move you can listen to it as a podcast!
During the maintenance this morning we deployed 2 fixes.
Tuesday’s maintenance that deployed Update 1.6 and Last Stand was extended because we encountered an issue with Premium Credits on Xbox One. We decided to release the update without the Premium Credits rather than delaying it all together. With today’s maintenance, we resolved the issue. If you did make a purchase between the maintenance they will be added to your account soon.
During the launch of Last Stand and Update 1.6 we ran a charity stream for the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation. We want to thank this awesome community for coming together, smashing our initial goal, and raising over 8,000 dollars for a great cause!
Next Wednesday, March 8th marks the first anniversary of the game. We have a few things planned and you will definitely want to keep your eyes out for that!
Following the release of Last Stand we received several reports that Last Stand was not accessible despite owning the DLC or the Season Pass. In order to ensure that the DLC has been activated, please follow these steps.
This should activate the license for Last Stand. To double check, head to “My Games and Apps” and see if it is marked as installed. After that, hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds till you hear the audio cue. This will reset and restart your console, safely.
If the problem persists, please get in contact with our Support Team.
Since the launch of Last Stand we’ve seen a few discussions surrounding Extended Magazines. We want to take a moment to clarify the fix that was made. In previous patches the different level Extended Magazines had large value overlaps, meaning that you could end up with a level 33 one that has higher stats than a level 34 one. To make the improvement more clear, we’ve increased the lower value of level 34 Extended Magazines so they will roll between 108%-111% and removed the overlap.
We are aware that there are some legacy Extended Magazines have higher magazine value sizes than intended because they were generated at a time when this was possible. This is something we are looking into.
We are aware of an issue where this is some stuttering caused by Dx12. This is something we are looking into and a fix is being worked on. As soon as it is ready to go, we will deploy a fix.
As always, be sure to join us over on the Official Forums or on the community Reddit if you’re looking for a place to discuss all things related to The Division.
Until next time,
The Division Dev Team
