Agent Highlights: December, 2017

01/05/2018 12:00 PM

Greetings, Agents!

First and foremost, we would like to wish you a happy new year from everyone in the Division Community Team! We hope you all had a great time ringing in 2018, wherever you are.

But let’s not totally leave 2017 behind just yet. We have a month’s worth of Agent Highlights to share with you first! With Update 1.8 in full swing over the festive season, the community was very active in December. Here are some of the best creations that caught our eye.

For being featured in this month’s article, the agents you see will be gifted 1000 Phoenix Credits. Think of it as a late Christmas present!

Now, let’s get to it!

A group of long-time community members are working on something big, and they haven’t given too much away since they started. What do we know? Well, it’s called #MissingAgents, and there have been a lot of teasers for it in recent weeks; video footage, phone recordings, posters, all manner of documents on agents that have seemingly disappeared. 6Golf3Bravo grabbed our attention with this #MissingAgents trailer:

Great job on the cinematic presentation! We are hyped to find out more about #MissingAgents.

Another great piece of cosplay reached us via VK courtesy of Roman and Anya in Russia:

Spreading the festive cheer, considering the circumstances, sets a good example to us all. But please be careful opening that present. It looks… fragile.

There were quite a few Division-themed greeting cards on Twitter over Christmas, but this one by TSwandol was our favourite.

Let’s be honest, does it get any more jolly than Division Agents, armed to the teeth, wearing Santa hats? TSwandol continues the December theme of injecting a bit of light into an otherwise dark environment. We especially like the tinge of green he added to the picture.

Baundiesel has been a regular feature in our Agent Highlights series, but with the amount and quality of his creations, we cannot ignore him.

His #DivisionShots series of in-game captures reached its 40th instalment in December and now comprises almost 300 images. There might be even more to come, but we salute you for the effort you have put into this project until now!

In keeping with the general theme of this month’s article, we just have to end it on another festive note, and it had to be Wild Max, who by now is an Agent Highlights veteran. This is “Happy Holidays from The Collapse”

For his Christmas greeting, Max decided to put together a video with all the pomp and circumstance you would expect from this time of year. It starts off rather sombre – which is understandable considering the state New York is in, right? But then you remember that it’s Christmas, and that’s when the dancing, the bright lights and the more upbeat music kick in.

Always nice to see a ray of hope against the odds. Well done Max!

And that wraps up 2017. Over the last twelve months, we have been truly astonished by the sheer amount of fantastic creations out there. They have reached us in all forms from all over the world. But in reality, they all come from the same place, and that is the heart of this great community.

2018 may be a new year, but we hope to see the same level of imagination and dedication from you, because you are what makes this community what it is!

To be in with a chance of featuring in January’s article, tweet your creation with the hashtag #AgentHighlights.

ATTENTION: Agents, please follow @TheDivisionGame on Twitter so we can get in touch with you for the rewards.

Thank you from all of us!

Until next time,

The Division Community Team
